cutout-eye replacement technique

This was made just to convey the technique of eye replacement on paper cutout.
The signs like 'mommy', 'ball' etc.. were to be animated for one App.

These flowers are made using punch craft.



Book sculptures

These are the book sculptures created out of old books, by folding and cutting the pages. The structures are created such that it reflects the content of the book, which is being used for creating the sculpture.


I don't remember the name of the book used for the sculpture below, but it was to reflect the sign of yin-yang representing the co-existence of positive and negative.




The one below was created for my animation film. I used aluminum wires to make the trees stand firm, so that they do not move while shooting the stop motion animation.

Another paper craft-popup card

I had been trying to make the "rat" popup card by Keiko Nakazawa, since 2-3 days. Finally after learning some basic geometry techniques, I could understand its construction yesterday. Sharing some in-process images...
